Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C)

 

Article 1 – Purpose 

These Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C) define the rules for accessing and using the website rosachim.com and the services provided by ROSACHIM.
By accessing the website, the user agrees to comply with these T&C without reservation. 
 

Article 2 – Access to the Website 

Access to the website is free for any user with an Internet connection. 
All costs related to this access (hardware, software, connection fees, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the user. 
ROSACHIM reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the website for technical or maintenance reasons. 
 

Article 3 – Intellectual Property 

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) are protected under Law No. 2-00 on Copyright and Related Rights.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation of the content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action.

Article 8 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These T&C are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, Moroccan courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
